CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. You may make up the missed appointment within one week, during my available hours. After one week has passed, the missed appointment is forfeited and no credit will be applied.
